Other fees and costs

As well as course fees such as student contributions and tuition/direct fees, charges also apply for certain administrative actions.

Administrative fees

Replacement of an Award Certificate	$50
Appeal against an awarded grade (to be refunded if appeal is successful)	$50
A copy of a student's own marked examination script	$15
A copy of student's own Academic Transcript	$10 per copy or $15 for 3 copies
Appeal against failure to grant an exemption	$50
To test out of a course after having been denied an exemption	$100
Extension of time to pay tuition/direct fees	$100

Student Guild

Membership and costs

All domestic students except for those enrolled in Non-award and Cross Institutional programs, and those who have a mailing address outside Australia, automatically become/remain members of the USQ Student Guild.

Outstanding Student Guild debts

An amnesty has been granted by the Student Guild for all outstanding Student Guild debts as at 30 June 2006. All Student Guild debts prior to the 1 July 2006 that have been paid are payments of a valid debt. Students should direct any queries to the Student Guild.

Students with a Student Guild fee credit balance

Students will be refunded for any Student Guild fee credit balance they have and should receive a cheque in the mail.
