Statement of Account

Details included on statements of account are

  • course enrolment for the current semester
  • current transaction details
  • account balance for the semester
  • methods of payment.

It is important students check these notices to ensure they are correct.

Receiving your statement

Statements of account are sent to students approximately two weeks prior to the start of semester. They will also be sent prior to the semester census dates to:

  • students who are admitted to a program after the start of a semester
  • students who change their enrolment or personal details.

Viewing your account details online

Students may view their current enrolment online via USQAdmin > Financial Information > View account details.
