PeopleSoft financials forms

• Operator access forms are currently unavailable because new forms are being introduced shortly in conjunction with the PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade due to be implemented July 1.  Please contact Sandra Henry by email if you require access prior to the new form being posted..
• Alternate workflow approver (leave absences) (DOCX - Form Fill 75 kb) 
• Financial delegate nomination form (yearly nomination) (DOCX - Form Fill 55kb)  (This form is for use by delegates, $40K and over, to nominate Workflow Alternates for the period Jan - Dec.  An email is required when the actual leave is being taken to activate the change.)

If your funding organisation doesn't appear in the 'Source of funds' list, please contact the Finance help desk to request a new funding code
