Conference and Meeting Facilities

A variety of facilities ranging from two modern lecture theatres, which include wheelchair access, to tutorial/workshop rooms are available for hire for conferences or meetings.

Venue and Hire Tariffs

Venues may be hired on a day or hourly rate. Community groups and charitable organisations may be eligible for reduced rates. Please allow one week for applications to be considered.

Facilities in venues include:

Lecture theatres - video/data projector, lectern, internet access and whiteboard.
Tutorial and video conferencing room - video monitors on request, internet access and whiteboard.

Other Charges

Depending on the audio-visual requirements, ICT support, after hours security or cleaning required, additional charges may apply. Bookings will not be confirmed until the availability of ICT support and any additional software installation fees have been determined.

A security charge of $36.30 and an Air-Conditioning charge of $55 (not for lecture theatres) will be included if your conference/meeting is not scheduled during normal business hours and a cleaning charge of $35 will be applied should it be required.
