Details of completed studies must be supported by certified documentary evidence. This can include original documents or certified copies of academic transcripts, previous qualification certificates, and your resume. Details of the admission requirements for each postgraduate program can be found in the program information.

If you would like to study a postgraduate program, you can apply directly to USQ by completing our online application form, it’s free and we are always here to help. Applications for Research Master and Doctorate programs apply through the Office of Research and Higher Degrees.

Important dates

• Applications for Semester 1, 2013 close on 15 February 2013.
• Applications for Semester 2, 2013 close on 1 July 2013.
• Applications for Semester 3, 2013 close on 28 October 2013.

There are a few special programs which do not have the same application closing dates as detailed above. These are:

• Graduate Diploma of Learning and Teaching and Graduate Diploma of Teaching
  • To commence studies in Semester 1, 2013 submit your application by Monday 4 February 2013.
• Master of Psychology (Clinical), Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) and Master of Midwifery
  • To start in Semester 1, 2013 submit your application by Monday 29 October 2012.
• Postgraduate Diploma of Professional Psychology
  • To start in Semester 1, 2013 submit your application by Monday 21 January 2013.

What happens next?

You will be notified by USQ when your application is received, and when it has been processed and assessed. If we require any further details from you to process your application, we will contact you directly. If your application is successful, you will receive a letter of offer from USQ in the mail, which informs you of what you need to do next.
