What pathway is for you?

There are a number of different ways into university, so choosing the path which suits you is important.

Foundation Diplomas

USQ’S Foundation Diplomas is your front door access to university.

Tertiary Preparation Program (TPP)

The Tertiary Preparation Program is a free program that gives you all the skills you need to succeed in your degree. It also guarantees you entry to a USQ undergraduate (first) degree upon successful completion.

Indigenous Higher Education Pathways Program (IHEPP)

The Indigenous Higher Education Pathways Program has been specifically designed to give tertiary preparation skills to Indigenous students.

TAFE students or Cert III or IV holders

At USQ we give credit where credit is due. If you have completed study with a TAFE college you may be eligible for direct entry and credit toward your degree.

Apply

Regardless of which pathway you are choosing to take, you can simply apply via our online application. We understand that everyone has a unique story, and everyone has a unique dream. To assist staff in determining your level of reading comprehension, written expression and mathematical understanding, you may need to complete tests depending on your pathway you take.

USQ will contact you in regards to your submission, based on the assessment of your application. We will then contact you to provide you with the next steps in your journey to study at USQ.
