Accommodation
Living on-campus is a great way to enhance your university experience, as USQ understands there must be a balance between academic and social life. There are different accommodation options available to you, in the Toowoomba, Springfield and Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay) areas - so you’re never too far from uni.
Accommodation options
All three campuses have a number of accommodation options. USQ also offers a range of Scholarships each year which may be used by you to help fund your accommodation fees among other expenses.
Toowoomba
Toowoomba offers a number of accommodation options to suit all different students and budgets. These include:
- On-campus at our Residential Colleges. This is a wonderful way to experience university life, and get involved in cultural, community and university activities.
- Off-campus in shared accommodation. This approach provides more independent accommodation while still creating an excellent environment for university life.
- With a Homestay family (if you are an English Language student).
For further enquiries, please email Student Services or phone + 61 7 4631 2210.
Fraser Coast
For those looking to study at our Fraser Coast campus, the Hervey Bay region offers two main accommodation options. These are:
- Private rental near the campus. Privately renting allows students the privacy and freedom to create an exciting study-life balance, while remaining very independent. Accommodation listings are available on the online database or our noticeboard located at A Block, near reception.
- Shared student accommodation. This approach provides more independent accommodation while still creating an excellent environment for university life.
For further enquiries, please email the Fraser Coast campus or phone +61 7 4194 3133.
Springfield
The Springfield campus offers the Springfield Residential Village as the main option for accommodation. The Residential Village is a community situated within Education City at Springfield and offers accommodation, cafes, restaurants, shops and student services in one central location.
