Full or part time study
Full-time
This means you are taking a full-time study load (typically three to four courses per semester) and should complete your study in the recommended number of years.
Part-time
This means studying one or two courses per semester. This will allow you fit your study into your life, work and family commitments.
Over summer
Some classes may be held during the summer teaching period. Subject to course availability, you can study all year round, instead of just studying in semester one and two. This may allow you to finish some programs sooner.
Intensive mode workshops
USQ Springfield offers intensive mode teaching in many postgraduate programs (which may vary from course to course), as well as in some undergraduate courses offered in Semester Three. The intensive mode of on-campus study is an enhanced form of online (distance) education.
Comprehensive study materials are provided and intensive teaching blocks condense a full semester's lectures into two 3-day workshops where materials are reviewed, case studies are examined and leading industry practitioners share their experiences and skills. You complete all other aspects of the course online.
