Where can I get help?

It’s important to remember that at USQ you’re never alone. There are plenty of ways to get help when you need it. Lets run through them.

First up, you can just come on campus for a good old fashioned face to face chat. But if you can’t make it in, there are plenty of options within your reach from the comfort of your home.

You can call our 1800 Student Relationship Office number.

You can email.

Or perhaps you prefer to find help online?

If you haven’t started out yet, our Future Students website is the way to go.

If you’re already on your way, then the Current Students website is where you want to be.

As a starting point, search through our frequently asked questions on ASKUSQ.

If your question is more specific to your course, you may like to try the StudyDesk. This is where you’ll find course materials and recorded lectures as well as shared resources. It’s a great place to find help because it links you into a network of over 26,000 like-minded students, your lectures and tutors.

You can ask your lecturers specific questions regarding your courses, or seek some guidance from other students in one of the discussion forums.

Access the StudyDesk by logging into UConnect with your username and password.

If you’d prefer to simply call or email your lecture you can find their contact details online with the USQ staff directory.

We also have a twitter and Facebook page where you can engage with our online community and post questions to our helpful SRO’s and other USQ staff.

Remember, your SRO is ALWAYS there no matter which way you choose to get in contact – from the moment you enrol, through to the day you graduate.

Support is never far away, so if you ever have any concerns don’t be afraid to tell someone.
