Students from other universities
Students should refer to the Course Specifications for information about courses offered by USQ.
How to apply
Domestic students
Domestic students, including Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens and Australian permanent residents, enrolled in a Commonwealth supported place at their home university or eligible for FEE-HELP assistance at the home university, apply by submitting:
Full fee paying students who are not in a commonwealth supported place at their home university and who are not eligible at their home university for FEE-HELP should apply by contacting the Office of Continuing and Professional Education (ContEd).
International students
International students, who are not Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents, are able to apply to study cross institutionally through the Office of Continuing and Professional Education (ContEd) on a full fee paying basis.
Application closing dates
Students should ensure they submit their applications prior to the cross institutional semester closing dates, as applications received after these dates will not be processed. Any changes to your cross institutional enrolment must be approved by your home university and be forwarded to USQ Admissions before the cross institutional semester due date.
Fee information
Students can refer to the 2009 Course Fee Finder for specific course costs for both student contribution charges and full fees, and:
-
Students enrolled at their home university in a Commonwealth supported place will pay the student contribution amount determined by USQ
-
Students enrolled at their home university in a full fee program and are eligible for FEE-HELP will be sent a statement of account each semester (provided they have submitted their required FEE-HELP form to USQ)
-
Students enrolled at their home university in a full fee program (and not eligible for FEE-HELP) will pay full fees determined by USQ.
Re-enrolling
If you wish to study further USQ courses in subsequent years, it will be necessary to obtain and submit a new application form. However, if you are enrolled in a course in a particular year, you can add further courses in that same year to your enrolment by simply submitting a written request, along with a letter of authorisation from your home university.
