Step 3 - Notification of offer

Once your application and all certified supporting documentation has been received and assessed, you will receive a letter of offer in the mail stating the outcome of your application.

Once you have received an offer from USQ and you wish to accept, you must enrol via USQ's online enrolment by the due date.

Deferral

The University will permit commencing postgraduate and honours students to defer their studies only in documented cases of ill health, financial hardship, overseas travel on a student exchange program, acceptance into the Defence Ready Reserve Scheme, or for such other reasons as the Academic Board may determine.

I have not received an offer from USQ:

If you are not made an offer in the major round you will receive a letter from USQ outlining the status of your application. There are a number of reasons why offers are not made to applicants, including a higher than expected program cut-off, pre-requisites not being met, or insufficient supporting documentation. You should:

• check entry requirements for programs you applied for
• search for other programs for which you meet the entry requirements and selection rank
• contact us for assistance with alternative pathways and study options.
