Commenced prior to 2005 Commonwealth supported student

A student who commenced study in an award program as a HECS liable student prior to 2005 which has been neither completed nor discontinued. Includes students admitted to an Honours program after completing the requirements of a related program. Also includes students who have commenced study in an award program as a HECS liable student prior to 2005 and transferred to a different program at a similar level which has neither been completed nor discontinued.
