Discontinued student

A student is considered to have discontinued if they were not enrolled in any courses in their current program as at any census date of the previous academic year, without having been granted a formal Leave of Absence.

You have not discontinued your enrolment if you have:

• taken a leave of absence from a program with approval from USQ
• transferred your enrolment from one program of study to another program at the same level (ie undergraduate or postgraduate) with USQ or another University
• been admitted to a program of study after completing the requirements of a preliminary or qualifying program
  or
• been admitted to a cross-institutional program at a host university.
