Beyond USQ graduation, graduates may require additional information on:

Receiving your testamur

Receiving your testamur depends on your individual circumstances:

1. If you attend your graduation ceremony, you will receive your testamur at the ceremony.
2. If you did not attend a graduation ceremony and submitted the online Graduate Response Form indicating you wished to have your testamur mailed, your testamur will be mailed within two weeks after your Faculty's Toowoomba graduation ceremony. It is important your mailing address is current and this can be updated via UConnect > UDo tab > Personal Information.
3. If you did not attend a graduation ceremony and did not submit the online Graduate Response Form, your testamur will not be mailed until you have completed a Past Graduate Response Form (DOC 123 kb).

Replacing your testamur

USQ can issue replacement testamurs as a result of loss, damage, change of name or the re-issuing of a DDIAE/UCSQ Testamur. 

Graduation photographs

Graduates can view and order the photographs taken at their graduation ceremony at http://www.exclusivephotos.com.au.

USQ Alumni Network- keep in touch

All graduates and past students of the University of Southern Queensland are automatically eligible for membership of the USQ Alumni Network.

Graduates will be able to view their graduation ceremonies via a webcast which will be available following the on-campus graduation ceremonies.
