6. Application of the Agreement

6.1 This Agreement will be binding according to its terms upon:

• The University of Southern Queensland; and
• All academic, professional, Foundation/Uniprep and English Language teaching employees.

6.2 This agreement was negotiated with, and covers the following unions in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009:

• National Tertiary Education Industry Union (NTEU);
• Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (ASU);
• Community & Public Sector Unions (CPSU);
• Liquor, Hospitality & Miscellaneous Union (LHMU).
