Staff Consultative Committee

The Staff Consultative Committee has been established as a forum for discussion and consultation regarding the implementation of the USQ Enterprise Agreement 2010 - 2013 and for other employment related matters.

Membership

The Staff Consultative Committee consists of the following members:

• Eight (8) management representatives nominated by the Vice-Chancellor (Mr John Pearson,  Ms Jane Farmer, Mr Michael Flannery, Mr Bernard Lillis, Ms Seprina Budden, Ms Trudi Davidson, Ms Jan Elsley)
• Three employee representatives:
  • One (1) academic employee representative elected by and from academic employees (Andrea Lamont-Mills)
  • One (1) professional employee representative elected by and from professional employees (vacant)
  • One (1) employee representative elected by and from all employees  (vacant)
• Five nominated union representatives
  • two (2) NTEU representatives (Ms Cathy Grant; Mr Brad Astbury);
  • one (1) ASU (Together) representative (represented by Mr Dennis Mullins);
  • one (1) CPSU (Together) representative (Mr Dennis Mullins);
  • one (1) LHMU (United Voice) representative (Ms Diann Fenwick)

Employee representatives have been elected for the life of the Agreement and any vacancy arising will be filled by further election.
