To initiate a recruitment campaign, the appropriate forms, position description templates and other documentation need to be completed and forwarded to your HR Client Services Team.
Information on the current workforce management arrangements for continuing and fixed term appointments should be referred to prior to commencing any recruitment activity.
Before participating on a selection panel, policy requires that USQ employees must be trained in USQ Recruitment and Selection Skills. A list of all employees who have undertaken this training is maintained by Human Resources.
