Templates, forms and other documentation
To initiate a recruitment campaign, the appropriate forms, position description templates and other documentation need to be completed and forwarded to your HR Client Services Team.
Before participating on a selection panel, policy requires that USQ employees must be trained in USQ Recruitment and Selection Skills. A list of all employees who have undertaken this training is maintained by HR Client Services.
Other recruitment services
Advice on a number of recruitment issues including the use of external recruitment agencies, casual staffing and immigration is part of the service provided by your HR Client Services Team.
