Audit tools

Project Zero utilises two different audit tools.

The Audit Tool - Full (PDF* 987kb) is designed for use by USQSafe staff to conduct detailed audits of the USQ Safety Management System or individual areas.

The Audit Tool - Abridged (PDF* 469kb) is designed for use in all areas an for the audits to be conducted by staff members who have been given only a minimum of training. Typically it would be used by members of the Workplace Health and Safety committee or Workplace Health and Safety Representatives.
