HR Organisational Change Management
Guiding principles
The Organisational Change Human Resources Guiding Principles have been developed to support the implementation of organisational change at USQ. The principles aim to:
-
provide a framework for retaining and building capabilities for employees during change processes;
-
provide the framework for human resources implementation activities and timeframes related to organisational change;
-
provide information relating to how employees will normally be transitioned into new or revised structures as part of a change exercise;
-
inform employees on the communication approaches related to human resources implementation activities; and
-
promote and advise employees on employee support programs (eg wellness and training and development activities) to support employees throughout organisational change.
Implementation framework
To assist managers, supervisors and employees in understanding the normal phases in an organisational change activity, the HR Implementation Framework has been developed.
