BUILD performance management system

Background

BUILD is the acronym for Building Upon Individual Learning and Development and is used to describe the USQ performance management system aimed at developing and supporting the individual to work effectively and in alignment with University objectives.  In addition to the BUILD program, the University's senior executive group also participate in a 360 degree feedback program.

Documentation

Documentation which supports the program has been prepared including the BUILD User's Guide, relevant forms, the BUILD Manual and a range of useful frequently asked questions. 

Information on the process, timeframes and associated training programs is available to assist managers, supervisors and employees in completing their BUILD program.
