BUILD performance management system

BUILD is the acronym for Building Upon Individual Learning and Development and is used to describe the USQ performance management system aimed at developing and supporting the individual to work effectively and in alignment with University objectives.

An update on activities in relation to BUILD is available for the information of all employees along with a range of useful frequently asked questions.  In addition, documentation which supports the program has been prepared including the BUILD User's Guide, relevant forms and the BUILD Manual.
