Process
Completing BUILD documentation formalises the ongoing day to day performance management of all employees. The main steps in managing performance are:
Timeframes
Performance agreements incorporating goals and objectives are initially prepared for senior executive employees who in turn assist their direct reports in constructing action plans which are also linked to the University's goals and objectives. Training
Three hourly BUILD Supervisor workshops have been scheduled for supervisors who have not been trained in the system. All employees who supervise one or more employees are required to attend one of the sessions. Training includes:
In addition, one hour BUILD information sessions are being conducted for all new employees (excluding supervisors and casuals) to advise them of their performance management requirements.
