Managers and supervisors are encouraged to attend sessions from the HR Professional Development program dedicated to building capacity in the areas of people management, personal leadership, strategic management and business sustainability.

Two USQ Academic and Administrative Leaders Forums for all Tier 2 managers and supervisors (with an invitation to Tier 1).

Women in Leadership Mentoring Program for all female supervisors and managers, along with the Senior Women's Forum aimed at bringing together senior women to discuss key topics of interest in the pursuit of equity in the workplace.
