Stress has become the modern buzzword. However, few understand what it is, how it is triggered and how it can be effectively managed. This one day workshop will enable people to make some appropriate choices to proactively manage the stressors in their lives, identifying what stress is and what contributes to it.
The workshop will cover:
• Managing environmental, interpersonal and personal stress factors
• Getting the balance right in our lives
• Applying a coping strategy including mental and physical stress busters
• Identifying and managing distorted thinking patterns.
