Forms and deadlines

There are a number of forms associated with the Payroll function at the University and these forms must be submitted in strict accordance with payroll deadlines.  Employees should also be aware of the public holidays for the year which may affect payroll deadlines and other activities. Payroll can provide professional advice regarding fortnightly salary disbursements.

Salary on-costs

Payroll staff have developed a guide to the calculation of salary on-costs for various types of appointments to assist cost centres with the determination of total salary expenditure.

Casual staffing

Payroll staff can also offer helpful guidelines in relation to the appointment and payment of academic and general casual staff.
