Contacts and structures
The USQ Human Resources Department and teams are structured (PDF* 27kb) to operate as a true partner with clients, helping to provide a healthy and safe working environment and a successful and sustainable organisation of which to be a part.
The Client Services team structure (PDF* 25kb) supports this relationship further by providing each faculty/section with a dedicated team of HR staff to support their needs.

Roles and responsibilities
The HR team helps to create a workplace which recognises, rewards and develops personal, professional and organisational effort and which promotes workplace flexibility and conditions of employment which recognise and align individual and organisational needs.
HR employs a team of dedicated Human Resource professionals responsible for areas including:
