This document becomes a Tax Invoice for GST purposes upon completion of payment and is the only tax invoice which is provided by the University of Southern Queensland for these workshop costs.

Cancellations:
If you register for a training seminar and you are unable to attend you are most welcome to send a substitute delegate - please call us before the seminar (at least 24 hours) with their details. If you would like a refund of your registration, we must receive written notice of your cancellation at least 5 working days prior to the session. If you do not provide all the requested essential information, your registration may not be confirmed. If you have queries in relation to the administration of this workshop, please contact the Project Officer on (07) 3470 4145.
