Provides self support information and configuration guidelines for common ICT issues for staff.
USQ staff can quickly log jobs for the Service Desk through ICT Self Service which is logged into using your UConnect login and password. This system raises a job for every failure and service request logged, and staff are able to track the progress of each job through to completion.
1900 support
ICT Services provides a wide range of services to staff and students. If you cannot find the information you need on our website the ICT Service Desk (extension 1900 on-campus, +61 7 4631 1900 external) is available to resolve any issues associated with the delivery of ICT Services.
