Vision
To provide environmentally friendly, socially responsible and sustainable Information Communication and Technology systems and services.
Mission
The Division of ICT Services is committed to the University's achievement of the key organisational goals as outlined in the USQ Strategic Plan 2009 - 2013 and in delivering the USQ Brand Promise of "Fulfilling lives". This we will achieve through the provision of relevant, responsive, resilient and sustainable information and communication technology systems and services that support academic endeavour, meet the administrative needs of the University, enable innovation and contribute to the benefit of the broader USQ Community.
We will achieve this through

Supporting student and staff endeavour through the provision of ICT systems and services that are responsive, highly resilient, accessible and appropriate to need.

Operating within a business focussed ICT Governance environment that is an integral component of the University's Governance framework.

Active engagement and consultation with the USQ community to provide quality ICT solutions, services and processes.

Measuring service delivery and performance against best practice in order to facilitate continuous improvement and service excellence.

Encouraging, recognising and developing our staff potential through a program of activities designed to enhance technical, administrative and/or management competence and promote effective leadership.
