Application Development

Service Description
|
Business analysis and design:
-
Undertake the analysis of client business processes and requirements, identify and prepare specifications, system and functional requirement documents, for existing and potential business applications.

Assist with the development and preparation of business cases for new application development.

In conjunction with Division of ICT Services staff and clients develop effective testing strategies and test plans, and maintain relevant regression testing regimens.
-
Oversee software development life cycles for business applications.

Application development
-
Undertake analysis, development, implementation, integration, testing, support, maintenance, and enhancement to support core ICT applications, including custom and commercial applications, Internet and Web applications, to ensure required high-quality standards and agreed service levels are met.

Participate in the provision of specialist application development to formal ICT projects and project teams.
- Participate in the progressive rotation of Analyst
