USQ Connect

Service Description

UConnect is the gateway, or portal, to USQ's electronic systems, services and information for students once enrolled at USQ.
It provides access to:

• Student Centre, USQStudyDesk and USQAssist
• Information areas including Course Specifications, Important Dates for Students and the USQ Handbook, and
• Menu options that are available for a certain period of time, for example, Electronic Elections.

Service Availability

Access and account details are sent to students once their enrolment is confirmed.
The service is available 24x7 excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

Our Service Guarantee

Students will receive a response to a request for support within one working day.
