ICT Asset Management

Service Description

Detailed record and information pertaining to all USQ ICT assets. The database will contain asset details related to ICT Assets, both portable and attractive, and core infrastructure items and will contain location details, identification, configuration and purchase details. The ICT Procurement and Asset Management Team will be responsible for managing the processes and the procedures required for maintaining the system.

The information maintained will provide a valuable resource and will support a range of activities across the Division of ICT Services and the University.

The requirements and specification of the Asset system are currently under investigation for implementation by 2009.
