Core ICT Software Licences

Service Description

The payment of annual fees or maintenance fees for software licences that are required to support core ICT systems or are used by a significant client group from the  USQ community is budgeted annually by the Division of ICT Services. The approval path for which software licences will be funded under this service will be by the ICT Business Advisory Committee via the ICT Strategy Committee.

Faculty and departments are required to fund the purchase of ICT software licences not covered in the published list of core software licences.

The annual planning processes and review mechanisms for this service are currently under development.

Service Availability

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (AEST). 

How to obtain this Service

  • Support requests can be logged with the ICT Service Desk at any time or by phone (extn 1900) during working hours.  The ICT Service Desk is located on the ground floor of Y Block at the Toowoomba Campus.
  • Alternatively you can log a support request online through ICT Self Service where you can view all issues and their associated histories, logged in your name.
