The provision and support of a standard software image in the Student Labs to facilitate the delivery of on-campus courses.

Availability

8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday during scheduled teaching periods - Semesters 1 & 2 and residential schools during February and September.

How to obtain
this service |
Lab images are updated each Semester 1 and 2 according to the following schedule:
| April |
Academic software requirements for Semester 2 image submitted. Cutoff date is 1 June.

| June |
Software image available in a specified lab for teaching staff to check and confirm that image meets their requirements. 25 June - 29 June. |
| July |
Complete update of teaching space systems to Semester 2 image. 1 week before start of Semester 2. |
| November |
Academic software requirements for Semester 1 image submitted. Cutoff date is 30 November. |
| January |
Software image available in a specified lab for teaching staff to check and confirm that image meets their requirements. Cutoff date is 31 January. |
| February |
Complete update of teaching space systems to Semester 1 image. Week prior to Orientation week. |

Teaching computer lab software and images will be updated in consultation with USQ staff and installed one week before the start of semester 1 and 2.
