ICT Training

What is this service?

ICT Training provides training and capability development of USQ staff in core systems and Microsoft applications.  ICT Training advertises a schedule of courses through the Online Professional Development Site.  Faculties and departments can also request closed and tailored sessions to meet specific requirements.  Fraser Coast and Springfield campuses have dedicated ICT training rooms that can remote in to sessions run in the training labs at Toowoomba.

 Service Availability  8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
 Support Hours  8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
 Online content  Some online components available 24/7 through the Professional Development site

How do I access this service?

Enquiries can be emailed to the Professional Development site.  Course schedules are available on the site and also advertised regularly via USQ email.  Staff register online through the Professional Development site.

Is there a charge for this service?

ICT training is funded by the University and provided at no additional cost to staff.  Some no show fees will apply for specific sessions.
