Telephone and Voicemail
ICT provides a range of PABX services to facilitate telephone services for approximately 1500 extensions within USQ. ICT also provides a Voicemail service so that missed call messages may be retrieved via Outlook or telephone.
In addition to services such as voice communications ICT also provides data communications and video conferencing.
ICT provides user support and maintenance for these facilities and as a result of the ever growing demand, maintains a program of continuous upgrading of these services.
