Pick-up Calls

Group Pick-up

If your extension is in a Call Pick-up group, you can answer unattended extensions in that group.

1. Pick up your handset and listen for the dial tone.
2. Press 6 and the call will be connected to your extension.

Note: If you wish to be included in a call pick up group, contact the ICT Service Desk.

Call Pick-up

If you are not in a call pick up group or you wish to answer an extension not in your group, you are able to answer calls on unattended extensions.

1. Pick up your handset and listen for the dial tone.
2. Press * 3.
3. Dial the number of the extension that you wish to answer.
