Agreements

ICT has worked in conjunction with USQ's procurement section and other faculties and sections to implement a number of preferred supplier agreements and competitive pricing on a range of computing equipment. Competitive pricing deals flowing from these arrangements may also be available to University staff, students and alumni for private purchases (check with the individual suppliers for details).

Preferred Supplier Arrangement

The current Preferred Supplier Arrangement for the supply and support of Windows-based personal desktop computers commenced on July  2007.

This arrangement caters for the purchase of any configuration of Windows-based personal desktop computer including network interface card, standard desktop computer multimedia options that include cd-rom/dvd drives and sound options.

If you wish to purchase any of the nominated brands from any of the dealers specified, only one quote is required irrespective of the value and/or quantity of computers required.

The supply and support of Apple hardware and software is covered by the Apple University Consortium (AUC) Agreement which covers the complete range of Apple merchandise. If you purchase any Apple product from the nominated supplier, only one quote is sufficient to place the order.
