Logging Onto PCs

To log onto a PC in the Computer Labs, staff must have a current network log-on - that is, the username and password used to log on to your office PC. The domain will need to be changed to USQ. If problems are experienced when logging on, please advise the ICT Service Desk.

New staff requiring a network log on will need to contact the ICT Service Desk on extension 1900 or via email.

Logging onto Macintosh Computers (Toowoomba Only)

Staff who need to logon to a Mac will need to have an account set up on the Macintosh server Enyo. To arrange for a Mac Staff Logon, contact the ICT Service Desk on extension 1900 or log a work request. Please provide the following information:

• Your name
• Faculty/section 
• Payroll Number
• Indicate if you will require initial assistance to log on
