Talk with Other People

You only need to talk to people at another location.

One other location

You are:

• the convener of a group at one location who needs to talk with a person/group at another location, or
• a member of a group who is receiving a call from a person/group at another location.

You will need a phone conferencing unit (Polycom). To book a Polycom:

1. Log a job via ICT Self Service or email the ICT Service Desk at ictservicedesk@usq.edu.au
    
2. Provide:
   • your name
   • date
   • time
   • room number

More than one other location

You are a person or a convener of a group at one location who needs to talk with a person/group at more than one other location.

You will need to book a teleconference. To book a teleconference:

1. Email USQ Switchboard at switchboard@usq.edu.au
    
2. Provide:
   • convener name
   • contact details
   • participant details, including other location phone numbers.

If you are a convener of a group you will also need to book a Polycom. To book a Polycom:
