Talk and See Other People
You need to talk and see people at a different location or multiple locations.
How to book video conference rooms
-
Book the required number of video conference rooms - one at your location and room/s at the different location/s for participants to use. The rooms you can use are detailed under Video Conference rooms below.
-
If you require assistance with the setup of the conference, a minimum of 2 working days notice must be given to ensure support staff are available. To request this assistance log a job via the on line
Video Conference Assistance Request form. Provide the details below - it is critical to note that these
requests can only be accepted one week prior to the conference date, and a job must be logged for each individual booking. The Service Desk cannot act as a calendar organiser for conferencing.
