Telephone and Voicemail

ICT provides a range of PABX services to facilitate telephone services for approximately 1500 extensions within USQ.  ICT also provides a Voicemail service (at a minimal charge) so that missed call messages may be retrieved via Outlook or telephone.

In addition to services such as voice communications ICT also provides data communications (via modems) and video conferencing (via ISDN).

ICT provides user support and maintenance for these facilities and as a result of the ever growing demand, maintains a program of continuous upgrading of these services.

USQ – Telstra Mobile Phone Plan

Telstra is offering all USQ full-time and part-time staff the opportunity of participating in Telstra's Corporate Staff mobile phone plan.   This entitles you to receive:
  • Benefits and discounts for up to two of your personal mobile phone services.
  • Discounts on the purchase of mobile phone handsets.

Please note that this is a personal arrangement between yourself and Telstra.   It is not a corporate phone account paid for by USQ.  All enquiries or support issues related to your personal services must be directed to Telstra.

The Telstra Brochure (PDF*) gives information about rates and plans and how to apply.  Make sure you read the terms and conditions of the Corporate Staff Mobile Plan carefully.  These can be found on the back page of the brochure.

If you already have a Telstra mobile service, you simply need to call Telstra on 136301, provide proof of employment and choose an appropriate plan from the brochure.   If you would like to purchase a mobile handset on the Corporate Staff plan, you can call Elliot Faulks of Telstra on 07 4615 3323.
