Forwarding a Voicemail Message

It is important that you do not use the Voice Reply or Voice Forward buttons when you wish to forward a Voicemail Message unless you know that the person you are replying to or forwarding the message to, is a registered Voicemail user. 

When forwarding a Voicemail Message:

1. Use the Forward button on the Standard Toolbar at the top of the Voicemail Message Form.
2. A new email message window will open with a sound (*.wav) file attached.
3. Address and send the message the same way as a standard email message.
