ICT Service Desk

The ICT Service Desk provides support and assistance to USQ staff and students within the ICT Computer Laboratory environments located at our campuses. In addition, the ICT Service Desk provides assistance and guidance to on-campus, off-campus and online students in the following areas:

  • UConnect
  • USQStudyDesk
  • Dial-in Access
  • Wireless Access
  • Logging In (from home and on campus)
  • Course Discussion
  • Usernames and Passwords
  • Student Email Accounts

Location

The ICT Service Desk at Toowoomba is located in E Block - ICT Building ground floor.  The Fraser Coast Campus Service Desk is located in room WA134. The Springfield Service Desk is located in the ground floor library. Refer to campus maps for guidance.

Hours of Operation

The ICT Service Desk is staffed from 8.00am to 5.00pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday. In addition, we have a staff member on-site at our Fraser Coast campus to answer any student enquiries. In the event that this person is unavailable, enquiries can be directed to the Toowoomba campus. 


Voicemail service operates at all other times and any messages are processed as soon as possible. If you do get the Voicemail service, please leave a message (along with your name, student number, phone number, as well as the nature of the problem) so that your query can be dealt with as soon as possible.
