The USQStudyDesk requires Sun Java to be installed on your PC in order to access certain features. For Windows users the plug-in for Sun-Java is available as a free download from USQ. For Macintosh users Sun Java should come standard on the Macintosh platform or can be sourced from Apple. Note: Please ensure that all previous versions of Sun-Java are removed before installing the latest version. USQ does not provide support for the Linux environment, however for Linux users, the plug-in for Sun Java is available as a free download from Sun. For students requiring access to the USQStudyDesk for the first time, you will need to configure specific settings in your browser relevant to your operating system: |
