Dial-in types
Students studying with USQ have the resources to use USQ dial-in services for Internet access. For students living in the Toowoomba, Brisbane and Fraser Coast area the cost of a local call will apply, otherwise students living outside these areas will be charged standard phone provider STD rates.
The modem numbers are as follows:

Note: If you defer, have unpaid fees or have graduated, your access to dial-in services and lab accounts will be disabled.
Connection Time
A maximum connection time of three hours (at any one time) applies and students should also refer to information relating to Internet Quota.
Instructions on "How to Configure" your machine are available from the ICT Service Desk. You can pick them up in person if you are on Campus or they are available for download by going to USQAssist and searching for "Modem".
*The download files in USQAssist are in Portable Document Format (PDF) which requires the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. A free copy of Acrobat Reader may be obtained from Adobe.
