Accept your offer

Step 1 - Complete your acceptance of offer form

Complete your acceptance of offer form, that you have received via an email or mail.

Step 2 - Return your signed acceptance offer form

Please ensure you return all of the requested supporting documentation as outlined in your Letter of Offer.

Step 3 - Pay your fees

With your acceptance of offer form, you will also need to provide payment. You should also:

• check out the options of paying your fees
• read and understand information about USQ's International fee refunds.

 Step 4 - Receive your Confirmation of enrolment

After you have returned your Acceptance of Offer and your payment, USQ will confirm your enrolment. You will receive an electronic Confirmation of enrolment (eCoe) that will allow you to lodge your student visa application.

Step 5 - Receive Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

When you return your acceptance of offer form with payment, your Overseas Student Health Cover will be activated by USQ. 

Step 6 - Apply for your student visa

Now that you have received your Confirmation of enrolment and Overseas Student Health Cover, you can apply for your student visa.
