Applying for your visa

Upon receipt of your payment and Acceptance of Offer form, USQ will confirm your enrolment and send you a user ID and password for USQConnect.

Electronic confirmation of enrolment

On-campus students will receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) to lodge with their visa application. To check your eCOE status email USQ International or your USQ Education Partner. More information on eCOE's is available through International Student Services.

Visa application

If you wish to study in Australia, you must first obtain a student visa. It is your responsibility to make sure that your visa/s and passport remain valid at all times during your stay in Australia. More information for your visa application is available through International Student Services.
