Drop/Add forms
If you are enrolled and wanting to drop or add courses first be sure that you are within the time limits that apply.
See the Important Dates schedule.

You can apply to drop/add courses through USQConnect. |
You must submit Drop/Add details through their USQ Representative. |

Student change of contact details
Enrolled and needing to change your contact details with USQ? (mailing address, email address etc).
|
Current international students who are enrolled directly with USQ can change contact details through USQConnect.
|
Current international students studying with a USQ Representative, must provide change of contact details through their USQ Representative.

Your Re-enrolment Form will be automatically sent to your address shown on USQ records at that time.
|
Your form will be couriered to that representative in late November.

Students who are currently studying by distance education wishing to apply to come on campus to continue their program should contact: IO Admissions

Student exemption claim form

Students wishing to apply for an exemption of USQ courses should complete the Exemption Claim Form (PDF* 61 KB) and send to:
