Submitting your application

Complete the USQ International Application Form (PDF* 152K), checking that all the information is accurate and completed in full, for example date of birth, email address, given name, and family name. If you are applying for a research program please fill in the Research Higher Degree Application Form - International (HD1) (PDF* 96 KB) instead of the standard International Application Form.

Certified copies of academic transcripts

Obtain certified copies of academic transcripts and English Language Test results (if necessary).

• Make sure that these are certified true copies
• Do not send originals, only certified copies. A USQ Education Partner or Agent, teacher, lawyer or policeman can certify your documents
• An ink stamp, clearly displaying their name and title, should be placed on the photocopy after sighting your originals
• All documents must be translated into English.

Credit for past work

If you want to apply for credit for past work because you have completed a post secondary qualification, please provide details of the course content studied, as well as a certified copy of your certificate/diploma.
